.

Performances by Music Therapists: Kayla Daly, Emily Field and Toby Rodriguez

This one-of-a-kind event will be sure to leave you with inspiration for your mind, heart, and soul and deepen your love for music.

From NBC’s ‘The Voice’ to directing and producing an original short-film documentary on the power of music and music therapy, Cara Brindisi returns to The Bull Run for a unique and especially meaningful concert and film premiere.

Cara brings together fellow music therapists and performers for a night of music-making, storytelling, learning and joy. The audience will be the first to view the world premiere of Cara Brindisi’s yearlong documentary ‘Forever In Song.' She will also be releasing her single of the same title in dedication to her work as a music therapist with adults and elders in Massachusetts for well over a decade.

Joining the stage is New England Music Award Winning ‘Female Performer of the Year’ as well as colleague in music therapy, Sarah Blacker, MS, MT-BC. Entrepreneur and founder of ‘WCET; Worcester Center for Expressive Therapies.' Kayla Daly, MT-BC, LMHC, Ph.D. Student (ABS) will be sharing her talents and stories along with recording artist, Toby Rodriguez, a young professional using songwriting for those in addiction recovery.

The evening is hosted by speech and language pathologist, Berkee Professor, and orator extraordinaire, Kathleen Howland, Ph.D., as seen from her 2015 TedX Talk, ‘How Music Can Heal Our Brain and Heart.'
