BY PURCHASING TICKETS YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE:
-There are no refunds for any reason unless the show is cancelled. Please note: Rescheduled shows are not cancellations.
-Cancelled shows will be refunded with a gift card, minus the ticket fee.
-There is a $20. food/beverage minimum per person for every show.
-There is a $5. fee per ticket to change your seat after purchase.
-Any patron who talks loudly during a performance, or is otherwise disruptive to performers, staff or other patrons will be removed.
-We do not allow coats to be hung over the back of chairs.
-NO outside food or beverages allowed.
-Our kitchen closes at 8PM on Sundays. Doors open 2 hours prior to every show for dinner service. Please allow time for pre-show service.
-No flash photography. No standing or holding your phone up when it blocks the view of patrons behind you.
Refund & Change Policy
Tickets are non-refundable for date changes or rescheduled shows.
If a show is cancelled, refunds will be issued for the ticket price only.
Ticketing and processing fees are separate and non-refundable.
A $5 per-ticket fee applies to seat changes requested after a purchase has been completed.
If you purchased ticket insurance on this site, your policy is through FanShield, a partnership with Showare, the ticketing company, and has nothing to do with The Bull Run.
