BY PURCHASING TICKETS YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE:
-There are no refunds for any reason.
-Cancelled shows will be refunded with a gift card, minus the ticket fee up to a maximum of $5.
-There is a $15. minimum per person for every show.
-There is a $5. fee per ticket to change your seat after purchase.
-Management reserves the right to remove any patron who talks loudly during a performance, or is otherwise disruptive to performers, staff or other patrons.
-We do not allow coats to be hung over the back of chairs. We offer complimentary coat check. If you prefer not to use our coat check we cannot allow you to hang your coat on your chair due to congestion.
If you purchased ticket insurance on this site, your policy is through FanShield, a partnership with Showare, the ticketing company, and has nothing to do with The Bull Run.
