TONY V, DOUG BLAY & MATT BARRY

Tony V
wandered into Boston's Comedy Connection one night looking for a little stress relief from a high pressure job as a case worker at the Somerville Mental Health Center. Not long after that he took to the stage himself. His street-wise humor tempered with a genuine feel for the human condition quickly propelled him to headliner status on the national comedy club circuit. In 1986 Tony V was named “Funniest Person in Massachusetts” by Showtime television. He followed this achievement with several performances on HBO, the Arts and Entertainment Network, Comedy Central and MTV. Appearances on Late Night w/ Conan O’Brien, Comedy Central’s Tough Crowd w/ Colin Quinn and several sit-coms including Seinfeld, Boston Common, The Single Guy and Dr. Katz Professional Therapist followed. He later hit the big screen in "State and Main," "Celtic Pride," "Housesitter," "One Crazy Summer" and "Shakes the Clown" as well as the independently produced "By the Sea" and "Abracadabra." He has worked with Jay Leno, Dennis Miller, Bobcat Goldthwait, Steven Wright, Adam Sandler and has opened for Kenny Rogers, The Temptations, Billy Ray Cyrus, The Beach Boys and Joan Jett.

Doug Blay was the winner of New England’s Best Bar Comic, a finalist in The Boston Herald’s Funniest Minute, and has been a finalist or winner in many comedy contests including Stand Up or Shut Up and Maine's Funniest Comic. He has toured with "What Men Think (Or Do They?)," appeared in Boston Comedy Festival fringe and showcase shows and has been featured for his work in comedy by the "New Hampshire Chronicle."

Matt Barry is one of New England’s fastest rising stars in comedy. A mischievous, post-grad stoner, Matt’s act centers around a transition into adulthood he isn’t ready to make. Applying to jobs, rolling joints, and living with his parents – it’s all part of his everyday struggle to grow up.
