Grammy nominated Greg Brown is, without a doubt, one of the best singer songwriters of our time. He’s an American treasure melding blues, folk, and jazz into his own unique sound. His rich baritone voice cuts to the core of his masterfully written songs. And his haunting images of a midwest upbringing are infectious. Greg is the founder of the iconic “Red House” folk label in the early 1980s, and former musical director for Garrison Keelor’s “A Prairie Home Companion” He has recorded more than a dozen albums, including his newest release "Hymns to What is Left." Aside from his Grammy nominations, Brown has won numerous NAIRD Awards (National Association of Independent Record Distributors).
