The Last Waltz LIVE is a re-creation of The Band’s classic 1978 concert film "The Last Waltz" featuring The Rev Tor Band and friends. The show includes renditions of all the hits by The Band featured in the film, such as “The Weight”, “Up On Cripple Creek”, and “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down” as well as songs by Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Eric Clapton and many more. A diverse array of local, regional, and national artists perform the songs of the film’s original special guests, making the show a unique, all-star experience showcasing the finest talent from the local music scene and beyond.
THE LINEUP: The Rev Tor Band, Brian O’Connell of Uncle Sammy, Amanda Cote and Scott Sheehan of the Amanda Cote Project, Mark Munzer of Playing Dead, Ken Gibson and Chuck Nemitz of Rust Never Sleeps, Todd Mack, Nikki Howard, Ned Lucas, Dave Osoff, Charlie Carozzo of Sun Jones, Vinny Serino of the Boston Baked Blues Band, Vykki Vox, Iza Jane, Keri Anderson, Nicholas Earl, Dave Brunyak of the Phreaks, Dean Adrien of Orphan.
